www.dropbox.com
This site can be very useful for backing up files and if you have limited harddrive space it can also save the day. I have just uploaded some sample photos to the site, take a look at them here.
My favorite website is www.canvasrider.com, its an awesome site that allows you to control a small biker, you can even build your own courses out of lines. Here is a cool map i made.

www.polleverywhere.com This site can be very useful to everyone out there, it allows you to ask a question and everyone can respond! As long as they have a phone. I just created a poll to see who likes the band called 'The Beatles' and if i was a business man this could be considered market research to see who would buy a new CD if I released it.

Fun and Interesting Websites 1 - 3
This cool site http://wallwisher.com/wall/ulemon allows you to make a wall where any can add a note or add to the conversation. It can be very useful if you are working a group project. The link is to my wall i created very quickly about setting your watches to the right time.
Water or rock dropping to the floor by ulemon, made at DoInk.com
I made this animation very quickly and it just shows what you can do with this sites. Its a basic animator which turns your numerous drawings into a nice flowing movie clip. In this clip i made a water droplet or even a rock fall from a height, i accounted for the acceleration due to gravity which is 10m/s/s.
www.pocketmod.com
This site is very creative, they makers have fully designed and made guides so you can make your own little pocket organizer out of a piece of paper. This is for free and cheap stuff.

Music Video
Here is the video that I and Tim B. made. We worked on it together. The video is really random and makes no sense what so ever. The purpose of the video was to try to see if we could actually work together and make something at least descent. That didn't work out... so here's our video by Richard Jiles and Tim Burianek.

Word Clouds
Here I chose the sort of topic of everything I experienced when I was the the UK and the things I got up to, and I thought it was fitting to put the words in the shape of the UK. (Excluding Ireland)
I used www.Tagxedo.com
For this image i used www.wordle.com becuase it was pretty cool and I was able to add words from a certain websites. I chose the shape of a cat fish because I like to fish. The words included are of many different fishing styles and fish types.

Assigement #4
Dr. Dre vs THX
In this case, Dr Dre used the famous 'deep note' which THX uses in films that they do audio for, it is viewed at the beginning of the film, Dr Dre used this noise at the beginning of one of his songs in the album he released in 2001. According to records, Dr Dre has previously requested to use the sound, but was later denied by THX. How ever Dre still released the song, and is THX filed a law suit.
I disagree with THX filing a lawsuit.
I think that THX is over reacting, it is a very small sound, short in length, and takes up a maximum of 10 seconds of the song. Dr Dre is directly making money off of using that sound, he makes money from making the music he does, the song would be good with or without the noise. It's also not a very hard noise to make, just because you created this simple noise which everyone probably makes in their life time, does mean you should say who or who can't use it.
